The Partnership MOU Signing Ceremony between La Maison Plaza and Stronghold Trustee was held on May 7 at La Maison plaza showroom on Monivong Blvd, Phnom Penh. Mr. Hans Chen, the general manager of Stronghold Trustee, and Mr. Eng Lykhoing and teams of La Maison Plaza attended the ceremony. They shared the joy of the auspicious event.
La Maison Plaza located in Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh. It’s a shophouse project developed by the PCD and LCH groups. The project incorporated businesses, such as shopping malls, service centers, restaurants, and fast food and beverage outlets specifically designed to operate 24/7. The developer is trying to build a Paris-style living environment and create a community that attracts local and international investors for both capital gains and a stable income stream.
Stronghold Trustee has become a Trustee partner of La Maison Plaza after the MOU. Overseas investors can buy the project by using Trust services provided by Stronghold. Beside Trustee services, the two parties also discuss financial investment, engineering, property management, and other related potential opportunities, aiming to further cooperation.
