On Monday, 19 September 2022, the Trust Regulator signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federation of Associations for Small and Medium Enterprises concerning “Cooperation on Raising Public Awareness and Promoting Participation in Trust Sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia.”
This MOU aims to establish cooperation on raising public awareness and promoting participation in the trust sector to members of FASMEC and ensuring their sound understanding of trust mechanisms, trust regulations, capability to participate in trust operation, absorb the advantages of trust operations for their business as well as enhance the development of trust sector in Cambodia through raising public awareness and dissemination.
The ceremony was attended by officials of FSA regulators and TR, representatives of FASMEC members, trustee companies, and individual trustees. The ceremony was a success and bore fruitful results.
