On Thursday, 15 August 2024, at the FSA Building. Trust Regulator (TR) and Stronghold Trustee Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concerning “Advisory and Technical Assistance in Developing Carbon Credit Trust in Cambodia,” which was presided over by H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of Trust Regulator and Mr. CHANG CHUNG-KAI, Chairman of Stronghold Trustee Co., Ltd.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a collaborative framework for the efficient and effective development of a Carbon Credit Trust in Cambodia. Through the provision of advisory and technical assistance, the parties aim to optimize cooperation to achieve this goal.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by representatives from the FSA, including line regulators and unit heads, as well as top management and technical officials from the Trust Regulator. In addition, top management and partners of Stronghold Trustee Co., Ltd., representatives from other trust companies, and trust-related service providers were present. The event was a resounding success and yielded positive outcomes.
