The 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), held in Nanning, China this 17-21 September 2025, marked a significant pivot in regional economic relations by placing artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation at its core. Under the theme “Digital intelligence and innovation empower development – leveraging China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 new opportunities for an even closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.”
The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) is consistently marked by the presence of high-level officials, and markedly His Excellency VONGSEY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and High Representative of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Zone D at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People’s Republic of China.
Building on the success of last year experience, which was made possible by invitation of the Ministry of Commerce from Cambodia, we were honored to participate once again.
This year, our presence was significantly expanded and enhanced.
At the event, we didn’t just present—we showcased how Cambodia’s robust trust sector is the game-changer for investor confidence.
Our focus was clear: The Cambodian Trust Sector is not just a regulatory mechanism—it is the critical engine strengthening investor confidence globally.
We highlighted its power to deliver the secure, transparent financial structures that every serious cross-border investment demands.
It was a deep dive into the accelerating economic integration driven by the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 upgrade negotiations. The crowd of potential buyers, coupled with the CAEXPO’s cutting-edge AI Expo Agent system for smart business matchmaking, significantly enhanced our ability to identify and secure promising partnerships.
