Nominee Structure
Nominee service is after signing a Nominee Agreement with a company/agent; the client shall transfer land title to the company/agent. The company/agent shall manage the property on behalf of the client. Subsequent property disposal, transfer, or other instructions shall follow the conditions stated in the Agreement.

Land Trust — Helping overseas investors hold the land title and secure the property through trust services
According to the Cambodian Constitution and the Land Law’s restriction, overseas investors cannot own landed property directly, causing the demand for trustee services. Compared to the nominee services, Trust possesses higher safety. The trustee company must do Trust Registration with the Trust Regulator on every case within 3 months after signing the Agreement and receive the certificate to ensure the Trust Law protects the property.
Money Trust — Assisting fund owners in managing the trust fund and choosing the right investment on behalf of the owner
Fund trust is the most flexible investing tool under the Cambodia trust law. It is suitable for any investment such as fixed deposit, real estate, equity, etc. the product not only easy to apply but also could customize based on the clients’ needs.
